Order Notice

Thank you in advance for your patience and support! Our fulfillment center requires 3-5 business days to process orders. The first day begins the first business day AFTER your order is placed , PLUS time in transit.

  • We DO NOT bill buyer's UPS accounts, thus incurring shipping costs; rates will vary depending on the destination, weight, size of the shipment, and daily UPS rates.

  • We DO NOT call or email if your order is incomplete, it is solely YOUR responsibility to request to be contacted
  • It is solely the buyers responsibility to checkout with a deliverable address, any package that is returned resulting from an incorrect address or refusal will only be refunded cost of goods minus return shipping fees.
  • Purchases over 200 USD are eligible for local hand delivery with a 5 USD fee per box.

International Order Policy

We are not able to provide destination country tax or duty charge if it is occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Capzonela.com will NOT be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.

If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: (1) The customer refuses to accept the package. (2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.Capzonela.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in progress state. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. To cancel your order, simply email us at capzone225@gmail.com with [CANCEL ORDER] in the subject line, please make sure to include your order number in the email
