Shipping Policy:
– Shipping amount shown upon checkout is usually over-estimated, please inquire via email [claims@capzonela.com] or phone at 213) 742 – 6664 for accurate shipping.
– During non-holiday season average ship out time is 2-3 business days. During peak holiday season (beg. November), our fulfillment center requires 4-7 business days to process an order starting from the day AFTER your order is placed.
– We DO NOT bill buyer’s UPS accounts BUT you may email us your own label (weight & dimensions will be provided)
– All purchases incur a 6% handling fee with a 15 USD cap
– Any package that is returned resulting from an incorrect address or refusal will be refunded cost of goods minus return shipping fees.
