Refund and Returns Policy

Overview:

This policy outlines the terms for returns and replacements. Please note that we can only process requests within the specified timeframes:

  • Missing, Incorrect, or Defective Items: 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Non-Defective Items: 7 days from the date of receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges beyond these periods.

Returns or Replacements (Defective, Incorrect, Missing Items):

For items that are incorrect, missing, or defective, we offer returns or replacements at no cost to you. To initiate a claim, please email us at [claims@capzonela.com] with the following information:

  1. Company Name and Order Number
  2. SKU and Quantity of the damaged or missing item
  3. Photographs clearly illustrating the damage (if applicable)

Returns (Non-Defective Items):

To be eligible for a return of a non-defective product, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Free of any price tags or stickers
  • Packed in condensed packaging

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items. If a prepaid label was issued us, the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items (Non-Defective):

The following items are not eligible for non-defective returns:

  • Seasonal goods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Halloween, Easter items)
  • Close-Out or Final Sale Items: As indicated in the product description, close-out or final sale items are not eligible for non-defective returns.

Refund Process:

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Defective, missing, or incorrect items with a value exceeding $10 USD. Items valued at $10 USD or less will be offered as store credit for your next order.
  • Returns processed for non-defective items within the 7-day timeframe (minus original and return shipping costs).
  • Items returned more than 14 days after receipt, under any circumstances, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or text regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account and then contact your bank or card issuer, as processing delays may occur. If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, please contact us.

Dropshipping:

If your order was drop-shipped directly to your customer, you are responsible for retrieving any return items from them, including damaged or missing items.
