SEND US AN EMAIL to: email@example.com no later than (5) days of receiving goods, claims exceeding said days will be declined.
Be sure to include your full order number in subject line, reference style numbers, qty, color, and photos ( if damaged or wrong item was shipped) .
Any claim, including but not limited to damage or shortage valued 10 dollars and under will be issued ONLY store credit.
REPLACEMENTS FOR MISSING OR DAMAGE PRODUCTS IS NOT AN OPTION.

We are not able to provide destination country tax or duty charge if it is occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Capzonela.com will NOT be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.
If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: (1) The customer refuses to accept the package. (2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.Capzonela.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.
You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in progress state. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
