Due to safeguards in place to protect our employees, shipments will be delayed by 3-4 bussiness days. This does not include time in transit.

Suspension of Service Guarantee
As of March 26,2020 and until further notice , we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination.

PLEASE be sure to checkout with a deliverable address , any package that is returned will not be reimbursed for original shipping charges and return shipping fess will be deducted from order sub total.
 
Shipping arrangements could be made when billing information is provided. Shipping will be charged according to UPS quotes and fees.Please note that daily weighted shipping rates may vary and shipping costs generally depends on the destination, weight and size of the shipment.

 All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within (2) days after receipt of goods. Please email claim to :  claimscapzone@gmail.com
Include full order number in subject line, reference style numbers, qty, color, and photos ( if damaged or wrong item was shipped) .
Goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company which may take from 5-7 business to be issued. A restocking fee  may be imposed on non-defective returns up to 30%, at our own discretion. .
 BE ADVISED : Shipping and handling are non refundable.Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages
**THERE IS A 3.5% HANDLING FEE.
All sales are not subject to a refund. Any claim, including but not limited to damage or shortage valued 10 dollars and under will be issued ONLY store credit.

International Order Policy

We are not able to provide destination country tax or duty charge if it is occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Capzonela.com will NOT be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.

If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: (1) The customer refuses to accept the package. (2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.Capzonela.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in progress state. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
